How to ask SarAI for help

SarAI helps you use DeusRex without leaving the screen you are on. It knows where you are, answers from the help center’s guides and, when the guide has one, shows you how on the real screen.

Steps

  1. Click the SarAI button, bottom right, on any screen.

  1. At the top you will see Estás en: … with the screen’s name. SarAI searches that screen’s guides first.

  1. Type your question in your own words and send it.

  2. If the guide it cites has a walkthrough, click Muéstrame cómo: SarAI highlights each control on the screen and explains the step.

  1. If the guide has a video, Ver el video de la guía opens it in the help center.

  2. Explorar el centro de ayuda opens the guide for the screen you are on, in a new tab.

Step 6

Talk to a person

If you would rather have someone from the DeusRex team help you:

  1. Click Hablar con una persona, next to Explorar el centro de ayuda.

Step 7

  1. Under ¿Qué necesitas?, write what is happening in Tu mensaje. SarAI adds the screen you are on, so you do not have to describe it.

Step 8

  1. Click Enviar al equipo. You get a receipt with the Caso (case), the email the answer goes to (Respuesta a) and the deadline (Antes de).

Step 9

You can also type it in the chat, for example quiero hablar con una persona or necesito hablar con alguien del equipo: you get the same receipt. That message does not go to the AI and uses no credits.

If you ask again while the case is still open, your message is added to the same case.

When SarAI did not help

If you mark two answers in a row as not useful, SarAI asks ¿Te paso con una persona?. With Sí, pásame, the team receives those questions and the screen you are on. With Sigo con SarAI, you stay in the chat.

Step 10

What it knows and what it does not

SarAI answers only from the help center’s guides: it cannot see your patients or your data, and it makes no changes for you. If a question is not documented, it says so instead of making something up, and you can hand the question to a person on the team with Hablar con una persona.

Each question uses your organization’s AI credits.

Tip

Ask from the screen where you have the question: the answer is better when SarAI knows where you are.
