How to book your own appointment

As a patient you can book your own appointment from your Appointments page, without calling or messaging: pick the service, the professional and a time with real availability, and the appointment is confirmed instantly.

Steps

1. Open Appointments in the menu and tap Book my appointment.
2. Choose the service you need — you’ll see its duration and price, and whether it requires upfront payment.
3. Continue with Continue: pick a professional, then an available day and time, and confirm. If the service requires upfront payment, we take you to the secure checkout and your slot stays reserved while you pay.

Your data authorization

Above the Confirm appointment button you will see a notice: confirming authorizes the processing of your personal and health data, under the Privacy Policy and Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. It is recorded with the date you gave it. You can review and withdraw your authorizations from your account.

After confirming

Your appointment appears in your Appointments list with its status, and we send you a confirmation by email. If you need to change it, contact your professional or the clinic directly.
